I am going to tell you my bad eating habit,and I make a effort to improve it.
At morning, I always eat many fried potato,meatball,fruit punch,rice,natto,and a glass of apple juice.In the college,I make it a rule to buy snack at least one.At lunch time,I eat two bread.And then,I eat snack.After coming back home at 6:00 pm, my dinner has made by a cook.So I just eat it, not make it.The dinner is always very high calories.The average of it is 600.Moreover,I eat snacks after dinner.It is very very sweet!I cannot stop eating them!!
I reflected on my eating habit and I am feeling ashamed! My eating habit is terrible. I am fat because of this.Now, I can assent.I promise that I eat jut three meals!!!
