I am going to tell you my bad eating habit,and I make a effort to improve it.
At morning, I always eat many fried potato,meatball,fruit punch,rice,natto,and a glass of apple juice.In the college,I make it a rule to buy snack at least one.At lunch time,I eat two bread.And then,I eat snack.After coming back home at 6:00 pm, my dinner has made by a cook.So I just eat it, not make it.The dinner is always very high calories.The average of it is 600.Moreover,I eat snacks after dinner.It is very very sweet!I cannot stop eating them!!
I reflected on my eating habit and I am feeling ashamed! My eating habit is terrible. I am fat because of this.Now, I can assent.I promise that I eat jut three meals!!!

Food miles
Last Thursday,we larned "Food miles." I was convinced that Chisan-Chishou is really effective matter and really envirnment-friendly.There are may reasons why I say that.
First,If we import something,a lot of corbon dioxide is emissioned.In the other side,If we get something inn our region,we can do without emissioning them.
And, how envirnment-friendly this is if the carbon dioxide is used by photosynthesis instead of the fuel of planes.
Second is packaging ploblem.When I got mangos from my relatives living in Thailand,I thougth Mottainai! Becouse of the usless packagings.It was packaged any number of times.If we get mangos in Miyazaki, maybe the package is complecated one-third of that of Thailad.
Finally, I learned that if we only carry out Chisan-Chishou, many aspects of environment will become better.
I will certainly try it.

In my every life,I found Eco.
Today,when I was having a lunch,I noticed disposable wooded chopstics was cutted.It was cutted about two-thirds of the nomal length.It is very Eco. If all disposable wooden chopstics will be citted,we can live without felling a lot of tree:-D

FALLS
Last Sunday,I went to minou to see falls. I felt nature on my way there.For example, a muddy stream, a forest,a big stone,and so on.All nature were very exiting for me!
After 50 minutes,I reached a Minou Falls.I was impressed in the force of water!The spray fell on me :
I can make sure nature is very very wonderful!And I felt myself loving nature all over again.

I walked along a mountain path and bought a momiji-tempura. It was real momiji! I ate momiji for the first time:-)It was very good, so I bougth it twice:-DAfter 50 minutes,I reached a Minou Falls.I was impressed in the force of water!The spray fell on me :

FAT-TAX
Hello,everyone.Monday is English day for me because the class of EnglishⅡand English conversation are held.So now my heart is English,English,English and English 8-(
Today,I heard the news Denmark satarted "fat-tax". Do you know this tax? Foods such as butter and oil are taxable as a way to curb unhealthy eating habit in Denmark.Its idea is very unique :-)
However I think it is better to tax on some other food like snacks than to tax on oil because oil is necessity to make dishes everyday. Certainly,it is a lttle good for our health,but If this tax introduce in Japan,I will be in trouble.

ECO-CAP
Hello,everyone.Today,we learned eco- ,so now I speak about eco-cap.
When I entered wakayama university,I started collecting caps of plastic bottles to help children living all over the world because I hope that someday people of the world smile together.
If I collect 800caps of plastic bottles, a child can survive.Yes,we can give them a vaccine in excange for 800caps.
This eco-system is very wonderful !!You have same idea,don't you? I have three reasons why this is wonderful.
First,Japanese collect caps and then foreigner can survive.It means a sort of coexistence.This is wonderful.
Second,If we don't throw away cpas,CO2 emission is diminished.This is wonderful.
Lastly,the more we collect caps ,the more we can increase smiling faces of children all over the world.This is very very wonderful !
Try to keep your caps not to throw away it.
Now I have about 100caps.Although I maybe take a long time to collect 800caps,I will survive someone in a long run!
